[shareaholic app=”share_buttons” id=”4830626″]When Antonio Rocha Photography sent over this Wickham Park wedding, we’ll admit it took us some time to believe it could be real. After staring at each and every single photo for about two days, we finally concluded that the beautiful details and the sweet couple in front of us weren’t a dream after all. Then came the next wave of feelings, head over heels giddiness and excitement. Those emotions are at their height today as we finally get the chance to share all this gorgeousness with you. So without hesitation, let’s jump right into Mandi and Josh’s stunning big day!
Exchanging vows in an outdoor ceremony at the park’s famous hilltop overlook, the bride and groom’s day couldn’t have begun in a more beautiful or picturesque way. With the city horizon behind them, Mandi and Josh were basically glowing with big smiles. Yep, this wasn’t a tear-filled sort of a day — they were both on top of the world and overjoyed to finally celebrate their love for each other. Accents that characterized this portion of the day also reflected their laid back and happy personalities perfectly. A few examples that immediately come to mind — her simple, yet chic strapless wedding gown and baby’s breath bouquet, his basic gray vest and yellow tie combo, and the classic sand union ceremony. Oh, and our personal favorite: the rustic inspired guestbook table, featuring a baby’s breath floral arrangement designed by Bella Flora, a hand-made wooden pencil, and a classic sing-in book.
Later on in the evening, the atmosphere of the cabin-inspired reception venue, located right in the park, was an ideal complement to their rustic theme. Heading in through the baby’s breath and burlap decorated double doors, guests were wowed with an escort station crafted out of a stump hand-cut by the groom’s father. Finding their seats, additional elements, like flower-filled mason jar vases, and wooden table numbers provided an extra bit of pretty to the room! On top of all this, a white cream wedding cake with burlap bows by Los Cubanitos Bakery and delicious catering provided by Log Cabin Rolling really brought on the flavor and festivities!
