[shareaholic app=”share_buttons” id=”4830626″] Peter and Karen were together for 10 years before they decided it was time to make the leap and tie the knot. Today, it’s our pleasure to be able to share their intimate wedding at Hopkins Vineyard with you, thanks to stunning images captured and sent over by Kate Uhry Photography. Their day began with an small outdoor ceremony overlooking the vineyard. Keeping things natural and simple, the wedding ceremony was accented by wooden chairs and bright pink florals in mason jars created by Azalea Floral Design. Following the long-awaited vow exchange, the couple treated their close friends and family to a rustic-inspired reception beside the vineyards historic barn. Here, long wooden tables were lined with blue runners, more pink florals in mason jar vases and beautiful styling from Eileen Smith Events took center stage and created a perfect setup for the wonderful family style dinner provided by J. P. Gifford Market & Catering. And don’t even get us started on the stunning cake and the fabulous tea wedding favors — two of our favorite of the wedding’s details!
Peter and Karen’s day also gave special nod to their winery setting by including wine cork place cards that guided guests to their seats and hand-picked wine selections to accompany dinner. After viewing it all and, if you’re like us, swooning for at least an hour, it’s easy to see why these two waited a decade to tie the knot – they were busy planning an incredible celebration and building a remarkable love!
