Denise and crew were wonderful to work with. She took the time to show me everything I could possibly want within my wedding theme. She gave me a few options for favors and we settled on the wine glasses since our wedding is at a winery. We are extremely thrilled with how they came out and cant wait for everyone to receive them as their favors! I called The Persnickety Bride in a total panic three weeks before my wedding because I needed "fan" programs and I wasn't able to find exactly what I wanted on Etsy or any other online stores. Denise at TPB was AMAZING!! She helped design and customize the programs to meet my exact requirements and in less than a week they were on my doorstep. The extreme unfortunate circumstances surrounding my wedding gave me 4 weeks instead of more than a year to plan my wedding. Denise made a huge impact on my ability to handle the overall situation with much more grace and dignity than I may have been able to manage without having had the honor to meet her. Not only did she deliver my invitations and all the accessories that go with them in mere days, she did so by working overtime, taking full advantage of the great reputation and solid relationships she had built over time with her suppliers, and working nonstop on my order...all without neglecting any other of the many responsibilities and obligations that she handles normally. She went out of her way to give me an appointment immediately, and graciously worked with me for hours into the evening helping me choose from a huge selection of customizable varieties of styles and patterns of only the best quality. She had the proof to me the next morning, and had the order being printed in the blink of an eye. In my initial panic, I had contacted several vendors, and none came close to being able to accomplish the impossible task I was asking for. Many were not able to do anything at all, and others were only able to offer a quality they would not usually offer under normal circumstances. I don't fault any of these vendors for this. My situation is extreme. However, Denise, from The Persnickity Bride, did not hesitate to take on such a huge challenge, and did not compromise the high quality products she offers to everyone. She offered her advice, made recommendations for other services, and I say with all confidence, that although she made some special arrangements for me, she does business this way consistently with everyone who makes the right decision to work with her.
